Successful dental work of
the Kriebel Dental Clinic

For more than a century Kriebel Dental has always worked alongside the latest technological advances. Providing the utmost specialized care for our patients.

The following are some of our most recent success cases:

Case 1

The patient showed severe wear and cavities in the upper anterior teeth. We proceeded to fabricate a diagnostic wax-up, this serves as a design for the final restorations. The aesthetic appearance was also compromised, which made the patient self-conscious when smiling.

We proceeded to restore the case with full porcelain crowns. The E-Max Press system was selected, it gives us the ability to create highly aesthetical and natural-looking restorations. The final result was very satisfactory for the patient, it fulfilled his wish of having a natural and beautiful looking smile again.

Case 2

This patient experienced aesthetic problems in his upper anterior teeth-faulty existing restorations and spaces between teeth (diastema).

These case was restored with full porcelain crowns and the IVOCLAR E-Max Press system was used. The outcome was a very satisfied and happy patient.

Case 3

This patient presented a diastema (gap or space between 2 teeth), which led us to select a very conservative, long-lasting and highly aesthetic treatment option.

Porcelain veneers were selected for this case. These restorations are very conservative, and there was almost no need for abrading the healthy tooth structure. We used a feldespathic ceramic in conjuction with the CEREC system for this case.

Case 4

This patient had suffered a car accident and lost a front tooth. We proceeded to surgically perform a bone graft in order to obtain adequate tissue volume and achieve a favorable gingival architecture.

A dental implant was placed, after a 3 month healing period we restored the case with an implant supported porcelain crown. We achieved excellent aesthetic results and the patient can now smile without any concerns.

Case 5

This patient presented complete edentulism and was looking for a permanent solution with an implant-supported fixed prosthesis.

The diagnostic phase was evaluated with a CT scan and a diagnostic wax-up. We proceed to surgically place 6 dental implants in the upper arch and 6 dental implants in the lower arch.

Final restorations were comprised of implant supported porcelain bridges for both upper and lower arches. This treatment option provides our patients with aesthetic and functional results of the highest quality.

The patient was able to chew with extreme confidence again and left her self-esteem and security problems behind. This is considered the most advanced procedure in implant-supported restorations.

Case 6

This patient experienced advanced periodontal disease and severe bone loss, which required the extraction of all his existing teeth. After performing all the diagnostic procedures, we decided to place dental implants, 6 in the upper arch and 5 in the mandible.

On the same day of the extractions, we surgically placed the titanium implants. We used the immediate loading protocol and placed a TEMPORARY implant supported prostheses.

The patient left the dental operatory the same day wearing a provisional hybrid prostheses, with very noticeable improvements in aesthetics and self-esteem.  This dental procedure is currently known as ALL ON 6.

Case 7

This patient experienced advanced periodontal disease, severe bone loss and required the extraction of all her existing teeth in the upper arch. After performing all the diagnostic procedures, we decided to surgically place 6 dental implants.

The patient was restored with an implant-supported full arch porcelain bridge. This helped the patient recover mastication and aesthetic appearance.

Case 8

This patient had suffered an accident and presented internal reabsorption of the front tooth root. We proceeded to perform a bone graft in order to obtain an adequate tissue volume and achieve a favorable gingival architecture.

We later placed a dental implant and an implant-supported porcelain crown, achieving excellent aesthetic results for the patient, who now has a natural smile.

Case 9

This patient presented existing porcelain veneers. She was not happy and wanted a change in color and morphology in the anterior teeth. We proceeded to replace the existing veneers according to the patient’s recommendations.

Four new veneers were fabricated out of feldspathic porcelain, using the latest technology via the CEREC system. After finishing the treatment, a change in the color, size and shape of the teeth could be appreciated. Gingival tissues are in excellent conditions and there is a significant change in the smile.

Case 10

This patient experienced advanced periodontal disease and severe bone loss, which required the extraction of all her existing teeth. After performing all the diagnostic procedures, we decided to surgically place dental implants, 6 in the upper arch and 5 in the mandible.

On the same day of the extractions, we placed all the titanium implants. We used the immediate loading protocol and we placed both TEMPORARY prosthesis.

The patient left the dental operatory the same day wearing provisional hybrid prostheses, with very noticeable improvement in oral health and self-esteem.

Case 11

This patient experienced advanced periodontal disease and severe bone loss, making it necessary to extract all the remaining existing teeth.

We surgically placed 5 dental implants in the mandible and restored him with a hybrid prosthesis, utilizing the immediate loading protocol. A complete conventional prosthesis was placed in the upper arch.

The photo shows the final prostheses within the mouth: a complete denture prosthesis in the maxilla and an implant-supported prosthesis in the mandible. We observe changes in the aesthetics, the smile and lip support.

Case 12

This patient presented ectodermal dysplasia, a condition affecting the formation of the permanent teeth. These patients usually require complete reconstructions in order to have a functional masticatory system and an aesthetic transformation.

This case was restored with a combination of dental implants and porcelain crowns in the existing natural teeth. We can appreciate a very dramatic change in tooth size, color and morphology. The increase in self-esteem is very noticeable in these patients.

Case 13

This patient showed severe loss of dental tooth structure due to bruxism (grinding, clenching) We performed a diagnostic wax-up and radiographic examination, which determined the patient required complete oral rehabilitation.

We restored the patient with porcelain crowns on all her remaining teeth. This allowed us to make longer crowns for restoring adequate aesthetics and proportions. The patient had a very favorable outcome and showed great improvement in her masticatory function, which restored her smile and improved her self-esteem.
